Whitehall Academic is a trading name of Gautam Natarajan, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Contact us at support@whitehallacademic.com, including to request our postal address.

We publish written guides supplied as PDF files, which you download. Nothing physical is posted to you, and no tutoring, coaching or personal advice is included.

Each guide's page describes what it contains, how long it is, and who it is intended for. Please read that description before buying.

Checkout is provided by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the authorised reseller and seller of record for every order. That means your contract for the purchase is with Paddle, and Paddle's Buyer Terms apply alongside these terms. Your receipt and card statement will show Paddle.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling, or in your local currency where we set a local price (for example, Chinese yuan for buyers in China), and include any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are. Your total is confirmed at checkout before you pay.

We may change our prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.

Your download link appears on screen as soon as payment succeeds, and is emailed to you as well. Links expire after two days for security. You can request a fresh one at any time, free, using the 'Resend my download' page and the email address you paid with.

If you cannot get hold of your guide for any reason, email us and we will send it to you.

When you buy a guide, we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to read it, keep it on your own devices, and print a copy for your own use. You may also share it with the person you bought it for, such as your own child.

You may not resell it, republish it, upload it anywhere public or private where others can download it, or use it to provide a paid service to others. You may not remove the wording that identifies who wrote it. We own the copyright in the guides and nothing here transfers that to you.

We cannot promise any particular exam result, test score, interview outcome, or offer of a place. Admissions decisions are made by universities on grounds entirely outside our control, and any examples or outcomes described in a guide are illustrative rather than a prediction of your own result.

We take care to make the guides accurate and current at the time of writing, but admissions requirements and test formats change. Always check the official position with the university or test administrator before relying on anything.

If a guide is faulty, will not open, or is not as described, tell us and we will put it right or refund you. See our Refund Policy.

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, and nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer.

If you are unhappy with anything, email support@whitehallacademic.com first and we will try to sort it out quickly.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your own country's courts.
