Digital content and your cancellation rights

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR THE SITE OWNER, NOT FOR PUBLICATION: under UK consumer law, a buyer of downloadable digital content normally keeps a 14-day cancellation right unless they expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge losing that right at the point of purchase. The current build does not ask for that consent, so the right is retained. Confirm the position and the wording with a solicitor before launch.
