Frequently asked questions

If you are sitting the TMUA, The TMUA Playbook is built specifically for its hardest questions.

If you are applying to Oxford or Cambridge in any subject, the Oxbridge Blueprint covers the application as a whole: course and college choice, academic interest, and interviews.

Many TMUA candidates are also Cambridge applicants, in which case the two guides complement each other.

If the email has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then use the 'Resend my download' link in the footer.

Download links expire after two days, for security. Getting a new one takes a moment: use the 'Resend my download' page in the footer, enter the email address you paid with, and we will send a fresh link to that address.

You do not need an account, and there is no limit on how many times you can request one.

If a guide is not what we described, or the file will not open, email us and we will put it right or refund you.

Because the guides are downloaded instantly, the statutory 14-day cancellation right ends as soon as you start the download. Paddle asks you to agree to that at checkout, which is what allows us to give you the file straight away rather than making you wait.

Refunds are issued by Paddle, the seller of record. See our Refund Policy for the full terms.
